Refund Policy
Tunael Song AI uses credits for generation jobs and subscriptions for recurring access. This policy explains how failed jobs, renewals, and refund requests are handled.
Failed Generations
If a generation job fails because of a provider error or service timeout, the system may automatically return credits to your account ledger.
Subscriptions
Subscription renewals are processed by PayPal or Creem. If you need help with a recent renewal, contact billing@tunaelsongai.com with your account email and payment receipt.
Non-Refundable Use
Credits already used for completed generation jobs are normally not refundable unless required by law or caused by a confirmed service error.
